Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries across Europe and internationally via Printful, our print and fulfillment partner. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What sizes are available?
All our t-shirts come in kids' sizes: 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–11, and 12–13 years.

How do I choose the right size?
Our t-shirts run true to size. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What material are the t-shirts made of?
All Gaby & Friends t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton — soft, breathable, and gentle on sensitive skin.

How are the t-shirts made?
Every t-shirt is printed on demand when you place your order. Nothing is made in bulk — which means zero waste and a fresher product for you.

Who designs the t-shirts?
Every design is created by Gabrielle, a 9-year-old artist who fell in love with sea turtles during a trip to Indonesia. Read her full story on our Our Story page.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a print issue?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a refund — no need to return the item.

Can I return or exchange my order if I ordered the wrong size?
Since every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing mistakes. We recommend double-checking our size guide before ordering. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact us first.
